Chad Loblaw is a REALTOR® who has the expertise to guide home buyers and sellers through the sometimes complicated world of real estate. A lifelong resident of the Rochester area, he has held management positions in sales and marketing at local companies - Element K, One Communications, TruSmart Technologies, and Xerox. His experience in developing and executing marketing plans, initiating sales and customer service follow-through, negotiating contracts and making customers happy have contributed to his success.
He is tireless, creative and dependable. Chad is a patient listener, taking time to ensure his clients are comfortable every step of the way. In these qualities, Chad embodies the ideal qualities of a dedicated and trusted real estate expert.
Known for his market savvy and his out-of-the-box creativity, Chad has produced work that has won a number of corporate and national awards. He is experienced in all components of the marketing mix that help get properties sold - print, electronic, web and social media.
Born in Webster, he is the oldest of four siblings, all of whom graduated from Webster High School. Chad attended SUNY Geneseo, where he earned his BA in Communication with a Business Studies minor. His first job at Partners and Napier Ad Agency, brought him back to the Park Avenue area of Rochester. Chad and his wife, Amy, purchased their first home in the Browncroft area of the city, and just recently they built a new home nestled between Victor and Canandaigua.
Chad is married with two young children - Lucie, 5, who started kindergarten this year at Canandaigua Primary, and Jeremy, 2, who is an energetic young boy with his father's love of music. When he's not hard at work for his clients, Chad enjoys watching movies and trying new area restaurants with Amy, taking his children to neighborhood playgrounds or the area's museums, and checking out the latest technology, gadgets and cars. In the summertime, Chad and his family enjoy the Corn Hill Arts Festival, Park Avenue Festival, and Canandaigua Waterfront Art Festival.
